DENVER, CO — The Cleveland Browns (10-2) cruised past the Denver Broncos (5-8) in a dominant 45-17 victory, securing their fourth straight win. Joe Milton III led a high-flying Browns offense, throwing for 309 yards and five touchdowns, while Nick Chubb and the Cleveland defense kept the Broncos at bay.

Game Recap

The Browns got on the board late in the first quarter when Milton found Amari Cooper for a touchdown—Cooper’s fifth of the season. Then, on the final play of the first quarter, tight end Jordan Akins caught a 1-yard touchdown pass to give Cleveland a 14-0 lead.

In the second quarter, Denver responded with a 36-yard touchdown from Javonte Williams, but Milton and the Browns offense answered quickly. Akins caught his second touchdown of the day at the 4:59 mark, extending the Browns’ lead to 21-7. The Broncos added a field goal just before halftime to cut the deficit to 11, but the Browns immediately responded. Wide receiver Anthony Schwartz scored his eighth touchdown of the season on a 41-yard pass with just 40 seconds left, sending Cleveland into halftime up 28-10.

The second half saw Cleveland extend their lead further. After the Browns added 10 more points, Denver managed one more touchdown, but the Browns’ relentless defense and a 17-yard rushing score from Jerome Ford sealed the blowout victory at 45-17.
