The Buffalo Bills were defeated by the Oakland Raiders by a score of 27-10, as their record drops to 3-4 at the midway point of the campaign.
Even though Tyrod Taylor threw for 320 yards and completed 20 of 29 passes, he was unable to find the end zone and was intercepted twice. “Our offensive line didn’t give Taylor enough help today.” said Bills head coach Sean McDermott. The Bills had a total of 4 drops, some during key plays that might have changed the outcome of this one.
This was the Bills first home loss this season, they also fall to a 2-2 record in conference games and in drop into 8th place in the AFC playoff race. This was the second season in a row the Bills have played the Raiders at home. Last season the Bills came away victorious as they defeated the Raiders in week 5 by a final of 34-35.
The Bills will need to play much better next week as they have a date on the road with their AFC East rivals, the New York Jets.
